  1. i,ve been with car shield for awhile now i put my car in the shop back in october of last year the shop put in a claim and they was suppose to send an ajuster out but never did,they called in nov.and the same thing happen no one ever went out to look at my car the shop called again in dec,before christmas and still ni=o one came out i left and went to Georiga to soend christmas with my kids and still nothing i have been paying them faithfully ever month i though that they honor their contract but it seem like i was wrong still my car is t the shop and it seem like i have to try and pay for it to be fix and that i think is not right now my car have been setting there for going on 4 months.

  2. Had Car Shield for almost two years. Had an issue and jumped through all of their hoops even asked if the repair shop was ok with them. Dionostic was a bad starter.
    Car Shield stated the repair shop had to use their parts. The repair shop would only use their approved vender. Car Shield told me to use a another repair shop whom they stated would use their parts.
    I call them and was informed they would not use Car Shield parts.
    I paid for the repairs and dropped Car Shield.
